Installation Guide for Newbies

1. Download the Korean Ragnarok Setup and Korean Sakray Setup from our Downloads section.
2. Click on the Ragnarok Setup to run the kRO installer.
3. Click "Next".


4. Click "Agree" then "Next".


5. Click on "Browse" to set which hard drive you want kRO to be installed, then click "Next".
(I highly recommend installing it to whatever hard drive you have that has the most space since each setup is almost 1GB big.)


6. After kRO finishes installing run the Sakray Setup.
7. Click "Next".


8. Click "Agree" then "Next".


9. Click on "Next" again.


10. Click on "Browse" and choose the same directory in which you installed kRO to, then click "Next".


11. Let the installation finish.
12. Go into the directory where you installed them, then in your RO folder click on Ragnarok.exe to update kRO. (The .exe with the Ragnarok icon, not the cog icon.)
(Don't worry if it doesn't connect to the file server right away. Keep trying.)


13. After the update process is complete click on Exit.
14. Click on sakray.exe to update kSakray. (The .exe with the Ragnarok icon, not the cog icon.)
(Don't worry if it doesn't connect to the file server right away. Keep trying.)


15. After the update process is complete click on Exit.
16. kRO and kSakray are now finished.
17. Download our KageRO Patch from our Downloads section.
18. Install it by running the KageRO Installer.
19. After the patch is installed, click on the KageRO Patcher to update and play. Enjoy!

Miscellaneous Information:
There are updates available for kRO/kSakray if you see '????? ??? ??????' on the bottom of the patcher screen.
When you see '?? ?? ??' on the bottom of the patcher screen kRO/kSakray is finished updating.
If you see '?? ?? ??' when checking for updates then there are none to be downloaded.
